I haven’t been to Loft in so long and I was SO impressed with mostly everything I tried on! From transitional jackets to jeans and sweaters – I’ve got you covered for casual fall outfits that can be worn to work, on the weekends, or just for feeling put together when you’re out running errands! Here we go! Find the links right in the descriptions in bold and click HERE for the hat I wore during this try on (obsessed!), click HERE for the distressed denim (I did my true size and short so they hit at the ankle. I’m 5’5 for reference – they’re the best fit), my go to cami HERE, and for my pointy bow mules HERE (also my true size). Here we go! {Videos for all – including my dorky dancing lol – loaded on my instastories @jewelsbyjulesxo saved to the “Loft” highlight!} Hope you enjoy!
THESE JEANS are very on trend with the buttons up the fly, high waisted, raw hem, and fit VERY well, but you have to size DOWN in them. I’m normally a 4, and I’m wearing a 2 here and they fit really really well. And the LEOPARD CARDIGAN! It is SO soft I could live in it and I was in my true size small – the perfect fit and AMAZING for work with slacks, a skirt, jeans – you name it – it works!
The CROPPED FLARE JEANS are another winner. Sized DOWN one to a 2 instead of my regular 4. These fit like a glove and I found them to be super flattering. I love this trend as we transition into fall fashion – perfect with ankle booties, a mule or flat and a tank or top tucked in, or with a CARDIGAN like this one. This is a soft, warm closet staple that you can throw on with boots when it gets colder or with jeans. Can definitely wear this to work, too!
Don’t get me started on this UTILITY JACKET! Also comes in army green (see below) and I seriously wanted both colors. It is SOFT as anything, such a flattering fit. You can go true to size in this OR size down for a slimmer fit. This was maybe my favorite of everything I tried on.
Next up are a couple of open long cardigans that are soft, flattering, and great basics. They would be so easy for work, cute for apple picking (I’m so random haha) and looks adorable with a HAT thrown on, too. You guys know how I feel about this hat. Too good. Both sweaters True to Size!
Grey and Cream Stripe and Pink!
This is a Dotted Vintage Soft Elbow SleeveTee – a tee with some depth for added texture, but just really soft and the dots just elevate it. I also really liked the sleeve length and fit. Different from most of the other tees I have. I styled it with a skirt and with jeans to show you how it can be versatile. This could absolutely be worn to work, with any jean/leather/moto/bomber jacket over it or a cardigan. Runs true to size and another great, elevated basic.
And that brown suede SKIRT! I was OBSESSED!!! Brown is a big trend for fall and I loved the length – not too short! Size down!
This spotted black and white blouse is a must! Such a great, flowy fit and so great alone or for layering. Would look amazing with denim, black pants or jeans, a skirt, and under a any jacket or cardigan! You can go true to size OR size down! And the SKIRT! Ignore how big it is on me – sized down would be DARLING! Such a great length and that baby blue is to die for! Styled it for you below with a little black jacket (that one is reversible to leopard!!!!) and of course, my favorite hat.
Anyone else LOVE blush? Anyone else LOVE a good moto jacket. Then you’ll LOVE this Blush Moto Jacket! I was pretty much drooling over it! It is SO soft, you guys! Like ridiculously soft! And the blush is muted enough that it’s like a neutral. If you want to be able to wear sweaters under it I’d do your true size, and if not, size down one.
Another must-have skirt – especially for working ladies – this Ponte Flippy Skirt is the perfect little black skirt to add to your wardbrobe. Great length, great material, with just that little pop of flair – size down in this one!
And last, but certainly not least – the Textured Knit Moto Jacket. A little warmer than your typical moto jacket and the perfect heather grey that almost serves an a neutral. You’ll be able to wear this with work pants, a skirt, or denim on the weekend and can absolutely wear for date night or girls night. Size down one!
